JC Nails in Columbus, OH

The actual building and staff was very nice. I got the gel-x nails and gel polish on my toes. I was very disappointed in the services. I got charged 40 dollars more for the service than it showed online. On top of that one of my nails is crooked and I was nicked twice. Overall it was NOT worth the 143$ before tip. Wouldn't recommend going here.

Cindy does fantastic nail art designs. All I have to do is show her a picture and she is able to color match and bring everything to life. Makes it so much easier for me when I go in.

8/6/23. I went to JC to get a simple gel manicure and had the worst experince I have ever received from a nail salon. The lady doing my nails, drilled through my nail making it super thin and it started to bleed. Moved on the the actual painting of my nails and she didn't file my nails to make them even so when she put on the polish it looked patchy and overall uneven. Would not go back there which is upsetting because the overall look and cleanliness was great. Also it was very welcoming when I walked in, but for bad service it's not worth it.

With the knowledge of them accepting walk in I still took called to double check they had time for a full set and they assured me they did and that I could come right at that moment so I left right away to make sure to be punctual. I get there and get a bunch of dirty looks from customers and employees but anyway they tell me to go ahead and choose a color I quickly made a decision and was seated. The lady told me to give her a couple more minutes to finish setting up... after waiting almost an hour a man walks by noticing that I am still waiting and goes to check in and then comes to tell me she's finishing another client... so I say ok that's fine. 20 more minutes she comes and starts pulling out supplies getting started right away before I can even tell or show her what it is I want.. she cut me 3 TIMES and says well your hands are dry but yet continues to use the drill and cut me a couple more times and at this point she's wiping blood from my fingers. She quickly paints and pulls out stickers and as I'm deciding on the placement I want shes clearly annoyed and says "you have to hurry up" " you have to hurry up and tell me" so I just tell her wherever Is ok, she finishes and tells me to meet her upfront to pay before I can even look at my nails and be sure I like them.. 2 of them are crooked. She takes the card from my hand and inserts it. Give me my receipt and tells me goodbye... very rude, rushed my entire experience and didn't even listen to want i wanted AND BURNED AND CUT ME. I should not be leaving a nail salon BLEEDING. Very ridiculous! I had to go into work and did not have the time nor energy to fight with them so I left... but please avoid this place or at least the nail tech that I had.. unfortunately I can't remember her name.

I just got done having the most wonderful pedicure with Lucy. Then I had dipped down on my nails. They've never looked so good. I have been a loyal customer for years and would highly recommend this fine nail establishment. Such personal service and attention, and the owners are just fabulous
