Very poor service not polite & don't talk The vibe was off nobody said a word The service was ver poor

Yesterday had an appointment with Traci for a combo mani/pedi. I arrived at my appointed time - no greeting no welcome no nothing. So I say to anyone who might be listening my name and that I was here for a mani/pedi with Traci. Some guy just points to chair and says have a seat . I had brought my only nail polish drying drops for my fingernails, but wanted something different for my toenails so I picked out one of theirs. The guy comes back and proceeds to take off my old nail polish in and starts filing my nails. I figured that she was just filling in. Maybe Tracie was on lunch break. Finally, I said is Tracy here I said oh no Tracie's been gone for five weeks. She broke her leg told me that before hand on my wall. Who are you? You don't even introduce yourself. He said his name was Shawn. That was pretty much the extent of the conversation. It was so quiet in there the person next to me with another gentleman doing someone's nails and he was not being warm and personable either to the person his client I found it very uncomfortable . Try to have a conversation with this Shawn, but it was just painful so I just gave up he just didn't have any warmth or personality, and I know he has been in the business a long time because I've seen him in there before, but but it was the worst. Then he told me to go in the back of a pedicure and said somebody else was going to do like OK fine I was just getting passed around, so I was really looking forward to their Fabulous massage chairs that can do just about any type of massage do you want. So this new guy comes no greeting no hello how are you? Nice to see you blah blah blah just starts giving me my pedicure. He was cutting my toenails really really short and really clipped my skin on one and I said anything not even said I hope it's not bleeding and he still didn't respond like he didn't care. I'm pretty old I'm Finna rain in shaking it, and it didn't look quite as nice as what the locker of my nail polish look like and I looked at the color of it when we were done and I even said something I said oh that's a really really old color. It was discontinued years ago. I had that color at one time because it was just a summer special. He would've looked at it and saying that the toenails were not as nice as the fingernails and offered to change the color but he did not. I finally asked him his name is Travis no personality really interesting because there was a lady Also, getting her toenails done from a from a female technician conversation either it was just all business warm, fuzzy feeling I can't really recommend it. You don't get that nice relaxing experience they don't seem to really want your business this they were doing me the favor. .

The customer service at this salon was terrible. While getting my nails done I was told by the technician that I "look like the type who would come back and complain", which I have never done at any establishment. I continued with the service and just made a mental note about the rudeness. I was later asked to pay and tip the technician before my service was finished, because I was one of the last customers for the day. I obliged and tipped 20% of the cost for my service. Even after tipping in advance, the technician became rude again and was audibly and visibly irritated when I explained how I wanted my nails to look, which I previously explained at the beginning of the service. This appears to be a salon that expects to automatically receive business just because they do nails, but they do not feel the need to respect their individual customers. I personally will not be going back to this salon and I would not recommend them.

Awful service. I booked my appointment online and when I got there the prices were all different. I brought my 11-year-old daughter for a kids manicure and pedicure and they up charge her for adult even though their website said from ages 2 to 14. My attend it was very rude Because I asked when they were going to start my daughters pedicure, as I have requested on the website that we both have our pedicures and our manicures at the same time in our appointments were both set for 11 AM. From then on she was rude and begin holding a conversation with the lady next to her in Chinese so I can understand what they were saying but even my 11-year-old daughter texted me and says it sounds like they are talking about us! I don't know that they were but I will tell you this I will not patrioize a company that that does not respect my money! Needless to say I would not be returning to Montage Nails!

Very sad service!!! Poor customer service, and the lady who seems to be manager hung up on me twice while trying to resolve issue over phone. Did not want to give me money back so called back and they took care of that. Terrible service!!! Would not recommend! Also the guy doing my nails was rushing!
