My wife made an appointment well in advance, she moved her busy schedule around this appointment only to be cancelled when she was already there.

They don't even deserve one star..Well, they just lost what could- have been a loyal customer( just ask my nail tech from Michigan)- I'm new to Vegas and found them on Yelp...booked my appointment almost a week an advance, arrived on time ( not late) and as I'm walking in I get a text telling me they need to change my appointment time because she double booked. What a waste of my time and how inconsiderate for them not to realize this before my appointment...Mind you I received a text an hour before my appointment confirming my time...What a joke and a waste of my time!!! Will not recommend them anyone
Hands down the best! Joy and Joylyn have done my nails for the past year.
I am so grateful to have found them. I can't imagine going to anyone else. They take their time and they are perfectionists. I had a French manicure recently that remained beautiful 3 weeks later. They use high quality products and it shows. My manicures always last 3 weeks or more. I have tried several other places in the area. My manicures never, ever lasted or looked the way they do with these wonderful ladies ;)
After 3 years of being a loyal customer after COVID-19 she said that I can't be a client. After many many tips. I was very very disappointed . After COVID-19 she said she can't see me for a while. No customer service at all.
She also can't do most of the designs I asked for.
By far the best place I've ever gotten my nails done!!! Mother and daughter only... they are so good, clean, and nice! I always have anxiety getting my nails cut (skin close to nail) and they made me feel so comfortable and never cut me. I'm always happy with my mani/pedi and they have great colors. Fair prices too. Go!
