Please do not use this place !! I have had my hair blonde forever. After going here for root touch up, I came out with brown hair and highlights that had a green tint to them. When I told the owner (who was the one that did my hair) I didn't like it, he got very offended. I showed him the picture I had of myself and told him it was clearly different. He told me that I still had to pay which I did but had to go back a week later to lighten it. When I went back the owner explained to me that he had called a lady which he had bought shampoo from and told her what happened. He blamed it on her for the green tint. Never did he apologize or offer me a refund. As in any other profession you should stand behind your work and take pride. If you do a crappy job you shouldn't expect to be paid. Trust me if your looking for a good place to do your hair, please don't come here.
My sister recommended this place I had to go in person to book an appointment. They work by appointment only. I have to said I love it Miguel and Carlos are really profesional. They have years of experience and they know what they doing. There customer service is great. I love my hair result after today I consider my self a new client. Thank you Miguel love my hair.
They tell us to make an appt so we do then we get there and dont get seen until 30 mins later. I get places get busy but we walked in and they said it was by appt only yet we couldnt even get seen on time with an appt.
I been coming here for 10 years Miguel is the best!!! I don't let anyone else touch my hair !!! I always recommend friends and family yes they are always busy so call ahead to make an appointment
Called in for some information about a perm and to get pricing and the person I spoke with was very short with responses to my questions and also was very rude saying yeah we don't have time yeah we don't have time
