I had an appointment 2 weeks ago , unfortunately my fridge broke on the day of appointment and I had a technician come out to check it , I called the hair salon and said I could not make the appointment. Tried to call to reschedule the appointment but could not . I finally get a call to say they need a $100 no call no show charge to be able to reschedule. I was not made aware of this policy when making this appointment and felt like they did not want to see me again , so made this one up . Emergencies do happen and to be this inflexible towards your customers doesn't seem polite or professional.
I just wanted a touch up bleaching and the woman add a toner and I hate also I went to repair it and found out my hair was over processed and I am now having most my hair cut off
Tim & Alyssa are some of the kindest most professional hairstylists you'll meet. This is a family owned salon & it's warm inviting & cozy. Alyssa has done my hair many times & knows her stuff!
I am give this place 3 stars because they never answer the phone. You need to answer the phone for business! This place is family owned. The dad was a barber and now the son and his wife do hair there. She did my hair and I was not happy with the result and had to return to have it fixed.
Simply amazing. Very professional, clean, warm cozy salon. Alyssa did a great job cutting my hair. Highly recommend.
