Legrand orchids Salon 7 Spa in North Olmsted, OH

If I could leave this place less than one star I would. They turned mine and my mothers nails green then claimed it wasn't their fault. My mother and I have been getting our nails done (full sets or fills) at various places for 5 years. We wanted to try this place because it was close. We set appointments up 2 days in advance and still waited almost an hour to even be seen. About a week later my polish was coming off and I noticed a dark color under my acrylic. As I took the acrylic off, green, dark ugly green. When I went to tell the women working there what they did, they blamed it on my "young" fingers. They told me it was moisture trapped inside my nail. Yet it was hard to take the acrylic part off. I must have sat there and soaked my nails for 45 minutes. My mother just had the same thing happen. Never go to this place!

Awful service & people were so rude. Did not like at all. They are also creamy expensive

The team here is awesome. I always enjoy the services and feel pampered. The spa is clean and well kept. Such an amazing little gem.

The day I went it was busy but the Practitioner was nice, however... I was told to come back at 230 and waited another 30 min before my service began. Then, I have never had my fingers left to soak in a bowl of acetone for 10 min between gel-x manicures. I was told that was the fastest way to get the old nails off... All said and done I enjoyed my time with the nail technician and left her $30 cash on my $59.40 manicure. Less than 2 days later... today, the nails started falling off. The first one (left pointer finger nail ) lifted 90% off and so I glued it back on, thinking it was a fluke. Then the left middle finger started lifting, again, glued it back on. THEN the left thumb nail came completely off, followed by the right middle finger nail. I called for a refund and was told that i can come in and they would fix it, but I am in a new state almost everyday for work so again, I requested a refund. I was told that "no one had ever made this request, I was obviously satisfied because I PAID" ! I was also told that "they could not give me a refund, THEY MAKE NO GUARANTEES, and that no one on Ohio gives refunds for nail services" ....???? So, I MAY BE BACK IN OHIO for them to fix this BS /barely 2 day Gel-X manicure (my previous one has lasted 4 weeks before starting to lift) IN THE NEXT YEAR or SO... But I probably wont take the risk again. To the daughter of the owner who did my nails, you were very nice and I am a great tipper and that why I tipped you 50% on my service. I hope whatever training needs to happen to prevent someone else from dealing with this, happens. I wish I would have been spoken to with more consideration when I called. I wish I would have been offered even a partial refund if not the whole thing. I was hoping this would have lasted at least 2 weeks. But thats life. It's just nails, money and time. You decide if its worth it for you to give those things to Le Grand Orchid. Maybe if you live there you can just go back and have them fix it.....

I like this nail salon in the mall wish they had some of the same people but all is good when I go
