The entire team at J.Co is the best! Joshua got me in at the very last minute and Amber was WONDERFUL! I had a sleep study the night before and couldn't get the junk out of my hair. Between Amber's meticulous attention to my hair and scalp and Joshua's recommendations they were able to get my hair right and calm my scalp.
Always INCREDIBLE!

Deciding to leave a bad review a few months after this happened because I shouldn't have been bullied and intimidated by the owner to delete my original 1-star review. Asked for the picture attached. Got something completely different. Asked to have it fixed. They agreed. But then they cancelled my appointment to fix it and told me never to come back because they saw my 1-star review. I physically went and spoke to the owner, who raised his voice and belittled me for being in the military and not making enough money to pay another $300 to get it fixed. I eventually gave in and said I would delete the review so they'd fix it. It was fixed, but my hair felt dead, like dry hay. I had very healthy hair before.
I fully expect the owner to comment on this and claim I am lying. I have nothing to lose so I'm telling my story again. Do not go here.

Such a friendly salon with talented staff!

I was in town visiting family and didn't feel like fighting the humidity to style my own hair. I saw Randy (hoping this is the right spelling) for what was supposed to be a shampoo blow out but she was immediately so kind and knowledgeable she made me comfortable enough to let her do a long overdo haircut for me! She explained everything and took her time before making any cuts. My haircut is EXACTLY what I wanted and hair so perfectly styled we are on day 3 of it still lasting!

Nice establishment. They do use good quality products so my hair felt nice BUT way over priced. The rose gold they put in my hair faded within a couple of days. Super disappointing since I spent $300+...

I visited this establishment in November and am writing this now because I am still dealing with the after effects of what one of the stylist did there. First, if you need color, do not go to this place. I was told by the man who did my hair that he wouldn't put me under the heater because there was no way to tell how my hair would lift. So there I sat and sat in the cold bldg while my hair attempted to process. Anyone knows that bleach needs heat to process otherwise it turns orange and that's what happened to me. I got a color (if that is what you could call it) and a trim and it was $249 freakin dollars. He didn't dry it or style it per my request and I left with a wet head- still $249!  I got home and had to return because I had an orange streak through my hair.  He had the receptionist who works the front desk apply a bleach rinse to that part of my hair---what? Anyway, I'm still pissed about how I am still dealing with orange tones in my hair from stepping into this place and for paying $249 for freaking nothing. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
