Q T Nails & Spa in Fayetteville, NC

The first time I went to Ann, the service she provided was great.  The second time, I made an appointment.  After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled time, the service was provided.  When I went to pay, the price was different than the first time.  When I questioned  the difference she said something I didn't understand.  I paid anyway because I wasn't going to argue about $10.   Today I called to ask if she could give me a mani and my daughter a pedi.  She said as long as we could be there by 3:30 because they would be closing at 5:00.  We arrived at 3:25 and she said they were closed.  I told her I had called and reminded her of our conversation.  She said she already took someone else and wouldn't take me unless I had cash.  During previous visits she accepted debit cards, but because today she couldn't stand by her word and keep the appointment , she couldn't take debit card and insisted on cash.  Ann lacks the professionalism and integrity it will take to keep this business running!

This salon is amazing. Love this place, I get my legs waxed, manicures and pedicures and I never have an issue. They are very welcoming! Highly recommend this QT Nails !!!

I don't recommend going here because i caught an infection! the nail tech was using the same tools she used on someone else's feet! absolutely disgusting‍ I complained about how my nails look and i was told to take my service else where if i didn't like it! i asked for the manager and i was told i couldn't  talk to the manager!

The worst nail salon I've been to in Fayetteville. The employees were rude, minus the one younger girl (who told me she was Chinese. She was sweet). The lady who drilled my nails, made them so thin I was in pain. I asked for coffin cut, the shortest she could get them. She ignored me. The nails were super long, not painted on the sides, and uneven on top. I got the nail set for my birthday, which was on a Thursday. By Saturday, they were chipped and cracking in the middle on my nail bed area, not the tip. Sunday morning, two nails broke and took my real nail with it. I wasn't doing anything extreme for them to crack. I cut the others off myself because I was terrified the others would break off my real nails. After bleeding and being in pain, I went to another salon to get help. The employee at the other salon said my nails were drilled too thin, the acrylic wasn't spread completely across (which caused the middle cracking), and parts were thicker and thinner on the nail. After this experience, I'm legit scared of nail salons. I'm attaching two pictures, the first is when I left the salon vs three days later. Again, I cut the nails short myself in the second picture to avoid what happened on two of my nails being ripped off!

This salon is literally the worst!! A day after I got my nails done they chipped! And I got Gel so you know I paid a lot! I really wish I never even stepped into this place because they truly steal your money and give you the crappiest work. Like I asked for coffin nails and they gave me block nails. It's truly ridiculous how bad they suck. Don't waste your money here!!!
