HORRIBLE service after I have been a customer more than 12 years! I asked them to get the lint that was trapped under the gel causing a line under the gel. Both female owners got upset and it only took them a matter of seconds to fix, however because I requested it, they became upset! As I was leaving, they told me they would not be working there anymore, to make me choose to go to another salon. No problem!! I'm not paying for poor customer service and then a crappy job too! It was her disappointing after 12 long years I have been going to same place but there are more than enough nail salons around Fayetteville! As of 3/2016 I will be shopping for another nail tech/salon with professional service!!!

Horrible service! I have been going to 401 nails for YEARS and as of 12/28/15 I will NO LONGER be going! Went in for a full set. It started out fine until the drying. Went under the dryer and was under it for a good 10-15 minutes and my nails STILL were NOT dry! So I told the lady that two of my nails were spotty and she accused me of messing them up myself? Why would I do that?! So of course I was offended just as anyone else would be. Some people just shouldn't be in customer service if they can't fulfill their customers needs or make the customer instantly at fault for something they lacked in doing. Never again.
