Very horrible service !! She doesn't even treat her employee right a poor Indian girl . Looks like she makes that girl work for free in the name of work experience. My whole upper arm was burnt from the severe hot wax this lady used She spent all her time gossiping about other customers who had come before me - she is just a gossiper , a loose talker who loves to discuss people and their lives !!! and when you try to tell her something she gets agitated She is terrible with eyebrows and my half eyebrow was taken off !!! She might have a major law suit coming her way !!!

Called to make an appointment and Jyothi had availability in the next 30 minutes! Very nice lady and it was the most painless eyebrow and upper lip threading I've ever had. She made sure every little hair was removed. Amazing! I'll definitely be back again.
It was close and they had a walk-in availability. I asked for a haircut. I received a shag cut. Layers were terrible and the blow dry was the longest I've ever experienced! The blow dry took twice as long as the cutting of my hair and she kept burning my scalp because she would point the hair dryer close to my skin. Jyoti did the cut and her assistant did the super duper long blow dry.
