InSpa - Woodinville in Woodinville, WA

I got a gift certificate for Christmas for two massages. I showed up with 5 mins to spare the first time and the therapist took me back and proceeded to not return for another 10 minutes into the massage. I figured she was punishing me. When I went the second time I had the same therapist and she was prompt but I could tell she was either on her phone or typing into an Apple Watch the entire time. She ended 10 mins before the massage was over; a couple mins early for dressing makes sense but 10... I ended up with a horrible headache from the neck massage she gave me while texting (I assume). This place is very expensive for the quality of service, they either need to make it cheaper or hire new staff. Must add that the front desk is very very sweet!

horrific. my appointment was for 3:15PM. i was going to get there at 3:22 so I called front desk to let them know. they informed me they could not take me in until 5:30 because I was 7 minutes late. I was driving from bellevue to woodinville, it usually takes 20-30 minutes to get there. todays traffic delayed that time to be a 45 minute drive and after driving half way there and calling them thats when they rescheduled my appointment. i asked if i could have a discount for that reason, and they said they dont give out discounts if someone is 5 minutes late. if customers pay high prices to get service done, you would think customer service would be good.

Yes I had my face waxed today and I love the soft music they play ,and the environment of this place. It was my first time going here,I will come back since I live here part time Az the other time. A tad expensive for a full face wax though. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.

Justin is a fantastic masseur! My back was in knots and he untied them all skillfully and with the perfect amount of pressure. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the office is clean and inviting. Eager for my next massage treatment!

I got a gift card for this place for my birthday and I was so excited because it was gonna be my first massage. The front desk lady was amazing and super sweet. My message started off really well but about 25 minutes in I could tell the technician was on her phone, I could hear the clicking of the power button and she even let out a snicker. She would stop randomly because she was clearly distracted and she kept stopping and going for about 20 minutes. This completely threw me off and I wasn't able to enjoy and relax as much as I should've been able to. I didn't catch her name but this was extremely unprofessional and phones should not be allowed in the room for multiple reasons.
