Have gone here over 20 years. My daughter went this week. Cost over $300 with tip for a color correction and a haircut. Hair was short to start with, most of self done hair color had grown out. Was cut even shorter. Was not told color correction costs $120 per hour. They charged for 2 hours plus cut. Pricing isn't posted. Most of old hair color was cut off, so wasn't much hair to color correct. Doesn't even look good for a over $300 job. Manager said 120 per hour is low for area saying some places charge 300 a hour. I'll be shopping for service elsewhere. I'll never go back here again.

We started coming here because our Issaquah location closed and Van, our stylist, moved here. This location is bigger than the Issaquah one. The staff are friendly and we love that we can still see Van since everyone in the family uses her and she knows how everyone likes their hair done. They also have lots of chairs for you if you're waiting for your family member to get their hair cut. Go see Van!

I walked in with my two daughters (9yr & 13yr old). We were able to jump right in. Charlie cut my 13yr olds hair and Van cut my 9yr olds hair. They both did amazing!! Van was so quick and both were very detail oriented. We got exactly what we asked for! So so thankful!

I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL. (5 months ago) I went for an "affordable" haircut and I only got a terrible customer experience (unprofessional, grumpy, and greedy hairstylist). For some reason, none of the prices were visible to the customer. When I was about to pay I got overcharged (not to say more) by the same hairstylist more than a $100 for a mediocre haircut and simple hair wash. Will never go back.

Poor attitudes, cut your hair way too short. I used to go several times a year but they kept botching my hair cuts. Final straw was when she cut off hair that was below my chest up to my shoulders after I asked for an inch. Unacceptable, never went back.
