So I posted a review giving the company a 1 star. I stated in my previous post that my appointments were canceled and I wasn't given a reason as to why. I called multiple times and did not receive a call back. So the owner so conveniently called my personal cell and responded to my post the day I leave a 1 star review. So how professional are you, owner, to call me or respond telling me to go somewhere else. I would have definitely understood if there wasn't any availability for the time and date I tried to schedule. But no one let me know that. And that's not what the email stated. And it's sad you didnt have enough since to respond last week when I called or earlier this week? You had to call ONLY to respond to a 1 star review. Really lady?Grow up! Stop taking things to heart. It's a business. People 's opinions and experiences are what they are. My business was already taken somewhere else. And DO NOT call my phone or send any personal messages again.
