Came in for a wash, cut, and style! Becky did such a wonderful job. Loved the atmosphere and her customer service. So happy with my hair!
Terrible business owner! Told my 14 year old daughter she would pencil her in at 2pm, then changed it to 4pm. I dropped my daughter off at 4pm and she made my daughter sit in there for almost two hours before even sitting her in the chair while she was still working on someone else. Dont tell someone you can get them in and still be working on other customers. Then when i showed up to ask questions about why she hadnt been seen yet and how much it was goong to cost, she didnt have and answer and told me i could take and she didnt want to argue. I simply asked why she hadnt been seen after sitting there for 2 hours when she clearly wasn't ready to take other customers yet, and also couldn't give me a straight sure on the price that's bad business. Taking advantage of your customers especially when they're only 14 years old does not make you look good do not go to her I would recommend anyone else but her.
