My Nails & Spa Salon in Spring Lake, NC

I own Up4Drea1135 N. Bragg Blvd Spring Lake, NC, so I'm a pretty busy gal.  I can't say enough about this salon, they treat their customers so well, offer a drink, take their time, every time I've been here they've made me a priority It was nail day today!! This place is a rip off! First of all, they are all over the place. I went for a pedicure and filling and only left with a pedicure with regular polish because of how pricey they were. The basic pedicure is $40, $45 w/gel polish. And not only that! You get charge and extra $5 to remove your previous gel.polish! Never ever! The same with your hand nails! If you want them cut, they charge! After going through the motions with the pedicure, I asked for the price for a filling! I'm glad I did! The same thing! I  was going to pay extra for removal of polish, cut and anything else they chose to.add! No THANK YOU!!! First and last!

Tim is the best I've ever had so my nails. When I say perfect I mean they came out perfect. I have never been satisfied with anyone who did my nails until him. I will be coming back and requesting him every time.

The employees were very friendly and professional; however, the products they used are terrible. The nail polish clipped on almost all the nails later on the day of the service. I was on vacation and did absolutely nothing like washing dishes or cleaning. I spent over $165 for gel nail pedi and regular manicure. I guess that is how they convince their customers to pay extra $15 for gel nails for manicures.

If integrity is important to you--take your business elsewhere. I called before I went to the shop to see how much a full set of acrylic with a painted french tip would cost. I was told that it would be $35.00. Okay, no problem. I went in and told the young lady four times what I wanted because she kept trying to get me to change my mind, but I knew my budget. Finally, she decides that she will do the white tip; I am assuming it is because she doesn't want to paint the tip cause surely she is not about to decide how much I will spend of my own money. How wrong was I? She finished my nails, and my thumbs are two different-sized nail tips, so one is wider than the other. Then I was going to get my eyebrows arched, so I confirmed the price and wanted to know my total with my eyebrows. She tells me my nails are $50.00, and my eyebrows would be an additional $15.00 (FOR WAX). Of course, now, I am dumbfounded because I walked into the shop and told three different people what I wanted, all of which spoke perfect English until we began discussing cost at the end. So, the young lady decided that she would upcharge me $15.00 for the white tip that she chose to do WITHOUT me requesting it and thought it was okay because she was giving me a $10.00 discount, and I would pay the additional $15.00. I will NEVER return to this shop again. I hate I was in such a hurry to go that I did not take the time to read the reviews. Take your money elsewhere to people who deserve to have it!!!
