Admittedly, I really miss my former stylist here Yvonne. Despite her being gone, I still went because I remember her thoughtfulness. I had Hanh and after washing my hair, she asked if I color my hair myself. I do. She replied by saying "You need to dye your hair again?" Excuse me? That left a bad first impression on me. I never asked for her opinion - that felt rude. She also lacked the care of other stylists where they would spray extra conditioning spray or massaged my head a little. Felt like an over priced Fantastic Sams cut. After today's experience, I don't feel inclined to return. A very different experience overall :/
