I had eagerly scheduled an appointment with Alexis, anticipating a much-needed trim. Unfortunately, SHE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, despite my meticulous planning which involved arranging time off, childcare, and pushing back travel plans. There were a lot of moving parts I had to deal with so I could make this appointment and, on top of that, it was my birthday - I was very excited for our appointment! When I called and texted Alexis there was no reply. About an hour after my appointment time I called the salon thinking perhaps something had happened to her, however the receptionist said she was there and with a client. Instead of having the decency of calling me back after I called the salon, Alexis sent me an audio message via text, the tone was very nonchalant and she casually asked if I wanted to reschedule. The lack of professionalism and disregard for my time was profoundly disappointing.
Tiffany is amazing, and I love the salon. I came to see Tiffany after an unfortunate mistake at a different salon that required a color correction. Not only did she fix it, the price was reasonable, and I left with hair that looked better than ever! I'm a blonde, she does wonders with my blonde. She is well educated and can obviously do well with any hair color/type. She's got such a great vibe and is very nice. At the end of the day, I'm actually thankful for the issue that brought me to her, my hair looks amazing and I love going to my appointments!
Siarra is amazing - so chill and nice! Her energy is exactly what I need during hair appointments. Not only is she a delight to be around, but the results are always fantastic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a calm and talented stylist!

Went here for the first time about a week ago. Tiffany was so sweet, was extremely gentle with my hair and listened to me about wanting to keep my length.
