The owner is amazing. Go check this shop out. The only down side is too many customers at once. Call and make an appointment. You will love this place. I've been a customer for 15+ years. They do top notch nails and pedicures.

Wish I could give this business 0 stars. My partner went in for a haircut and the woman who did it would not cut their hair any shorter because they are not a boy. Super disrespectful and not welcoming whatsoever I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Go ANY WHERE Else !!! I had been to Bella Salon a couple of times and had the owner cutting my hair. I work from my home, so when I have a spare moment and my hair requires it, I run over for a quick hair cut. I walked in the other day and there was no one in the shop but the owner. She recognized me and quickly took me over to a chair for the hair cut. As soon as another employee walked in, the owner pawned me off on her and went back to playing games on her cell phone. Twenty minutes later, there was still no one else in the shop and my hair was finished. I could tell it was a terrible cut, but since they or she, didn't bother brushing my hair, so that I could actually tell how it looked, I had no way of knowing just how bad. I went to the counter, where the owner was still playing on her cell phone, and paid the bill. the next day, I styled my hair and found that it was indeed the worst hair cut in my 55 years of getting hair cuts. I am not exaggerating when I say it looked like someone gutted a dead squirrel and draped the pelt over the top of my head. It looked just like the hair cuts that guys used to get back in the 1800s and early 1900s, when they put a bowl on your head and trimmed and shaved around it with a straight razor. Only this gal left long strands of hair hanging down in various places around my head. I say again, this is the worst hair cut I've ever had, and maybe ever seen. SO, the next day, I drive over to the salon and there is the owner doing a lady's nails and the butcher hacking another squirrel to death and preparing it for a client's head. I ask to speak to the owner, she comes over to the counter and I tell her that I am completely unhappy with my hair cut and that I'd like HER to fix it. She tells me that she'd be happy to have the butcher fix it. I said, she's already ruined my hair, why would I want to compound the problem? She continued to try and push me to allow the butcher to hack on my head some more, but I refused. I finally said, you know what? just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. She flat out refused to refund a single penny. I told her that she just lost a client and reminded her that I had come into the shop to have HER cut my hair and that I didn't appreciate being dumped onto her associate. She said that she was busy and that her associate covers for her when she is busy. I said, BUSY? there was no one in the shop yesterday and you sat here and played games on your phone, while I was being subjected to your associate's abuse of each and every hair on my head...except the ones that she didn't bother trimming, of course. If you're the adventurous type, then by all means, give this place a shot. If not, I'd try some where or ANY WHERE else.

I had been here before with ok luck but today I got my hair highlighted (by appointment) from the time the 1st foil went on my hair to the time she finally took me back to rinse, was more than 2 hours.... and I look like a brassy calico kitty. I certainly didnt appeciate sitting for well over an hour with chemicals on my hair while she did a pedicure and another hair cut. By the time I was done I certainly didn't want her to do anything else so I simply paid and left. She should have been able to see for herself how awful my hair looked.... I will go elsewhere to have it fixed. I will say the women in there are very nice so I did give them a star for that. And I'm sure they can do a fine man cut.
