I usually only get pedicures here. One dayI decided to try them. They pretty much refused to do solar nails and convinced me to do "Dip Nails". This woman cut 3 of my fingers so much that there was blood all over the nail and she said "Don't move or the machine will make me cut you" the nails were very wide at the end and bumpy and lumpy. She kept trying to convince me to try this Dip nail and said "Same Price" over and over so same price as the acrylic which was $25.00. She rings me up and sure as sh*t she charges me $45 for a horrible job. I actually paid it and i do think she knew I was not happy and I tipped her $5 anyways. Don't know her name but she sits by where they cut hair and said she has been there 6 months. I will never ever ever ever go there again or recommend them. What an awful experience.
The name of the salon is P and T nail and hair. I received excellent customer service and quality work that far exceeded my expectations . I just want to say that these ladies are rock stars! I am very happy with all the services provided today by Uyen at P and T! I will most definitely be a return customer
Was not pleased with the quality of the nail service. Water was so hot it burned my feet. She painted my friend and I's toes...both of us had sides of nails unpainted. My friend received two coats of polish and I only received one coat. Overall I was not impressed and will not return.
I just had my nails done there again yesterday and I continue to be thrilled at the results! I was trying to decide on my color and I couldn't decide on which type of blue I wanted (had to be as close to SEAHAWKS as possible!) and so my nail tek blended the two together! The results came out awesome! She always does a fantastic job on my nails and spends a decent amount of time, all for $35!
