Dragonfly Nail Spa & Boutique (Appointments Only) in Cleveland, OH

I made a last minute pedicure appointment on March 30,2022. When I arrived my tech was ready and on time. I'm not one to complain on services, I just won't return but in this case I had to say something. My feet were not handle properly and I have a very sore big toe. The tech was sweet and very kind but very new, clearly a vet tech should have been watching her work. In closing, I should not have been charged for the cost of a pedicure, it was half done. I gave her a tip, but I will not be returning, the polish was applied and looked grainy and the top coat also. I'm looking for another shop as i type.

I am in the market for a new nail salon as I am new to the area and I had high hopes for this salon at first. The staff are nice & I like that they were an appointment only establishment so there were no long wait times. However, the service was awful. I came in for a gel fill (which I have gotten for years), and my nails started chipping 3 days after my appointment. 4 nails to be exact. I came back in for a touch up of those nails, and was charged an additional $30+ for the fixes. I found this ridiculous as I have never had gel chip that quickly. I can usually go 3 weeks between fills. Even after the repairs, my nails started chipping again less than a week later.

We had a great experience at Dragonfly. A tech called in sick and they still found a way to make the schedule work for my daughter and I. Very friendly people and our toes look fantastic.

This is definitely my new nail salon! I was able to easily make a reservation online and received follow up texts to confirm appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment and they were ready for me. I appreciate that they had me fill out paper work to get my information and included questions about covid exposure, vaccinations, etc. if you're vaccinated, mask is not necessary, otherwise, wear a mask! My manicurist was Shonda and I really enjoyed chatting with her and she did a great job on my gel manicure. She has a spunky personality and was thorough with my manicure. The salon is beautifully decorated and it was easy to find parking out front. I'll definitely be back!

I would not recommend coming here. First off I walked in without a mask cause I am vaccinated and was told I either needed a mask or proof of my vaccination..hmmm I think that is illegal..either way I am not confrontational so I put my mask on cause I don't carry my card around with me. Then the pedicure starts and he made me bleed twice on 2 different toes. Very inexperienced and I am glad I said something or else I would have paid for the full service that I did not receive. No callus removal or pumice stone, no cuticle cutting, no file, no massage and they can't even do a French right so basically I just sat in a chair and wasted over a hour of my day and $28 (can't believe they even made me pay). And the end result..just look at the pics they will explain it all. Worst part about it was it was my birthday. Will never go back there that's for sure.
