Walked in to get my eyebrows done . Quick and easy right ? The lady asked me what I needed and looked at me then goes you can come back later, we're busy -_- wasn't very professional or any good customer service at all.... I was dressed nice and just had a hair cut so I guess if I was dressed like a bum or something ok I get it but no, even the other two women waiting just looked at the lady and at me in disbelief. So this place sucks . No stars if I could
After a long day of work I went to get my nails done.The place wasn't crowded so I felt like I would get a nice set,and a pretty pedicure.The nails where thick,and the people are very smug and other than get myself upset I just know they won't get any money from me anymore.I advise you to pay close attention to what you get if you have no other choice.If you can save your money.They want you to pay first because they know they take their sweet time to make you feel like they are creating a masterpiece,but they aren't.
Horrible!!! My first time coming here and it was a disaster. I wanted a simple set not to long and a basic nude color I picked my color and the lady started on my nails she was doing fine at first then her whole mood switched and she started to get rough she cut me a few times. By the time I was done my nails were uneven, not all of my nail was painted and it was a horrific experience. Needless to say I will never return ! Shop is a mess and the nail tech was very rude
Terrible. They have cheap nail polish. It is not sanitary at all. Tools were sitting in a plastic tub that looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I paid $22 for a pedicure and there was no massage and my nails got cut down so much that they are sore and bleeding. Not recommend at all
Terrible!!! I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. They didn't even do a massage with the pedi. I got a French and the toes are uneven. I could have painted my own toes better. Plus why get a pedi without massage?!?!? Next, the manicure. she had me soak my fingers for a few minutes then used a drill to remove the polish, and repeated that process 3 times. The lines were not terrible but the coverage of polish was. The edges are not smooth and one finger got messed up and her fix was just put the top coat on. Cost $53. I will have to get a re do. Also, I would not classify this place as clean.
