TGF Hair Salon in San Antonio, TX

If it was possible to give a negative star 10/10 would. Cannot believe I came in for a freakin' haircut only to be leaving in tears and a panic attack!! I have always gone to this location to see this one stylist but she wasn't there, this was the second time I had the other woman stylist, Leticia older woman working, end up attempting to do my hair. I brought 3 reference photos with me to attain the haircut I wanted. Not only did she not listen to me about the haircut I wanted, but continued to touch and grab my hair and make me incredibly anxious. She didn't listen to me about the cut I wanted, didn't let me get a word in and kept insisting what I wanted wasn't happening because she didn't know how to do it. I have a mohawk that I was growing the sides out and wanted a pixie cut with a fade, I was told from another stylist its doable. The stylist, Leticia, kept grabbing my hair, and not listening to me to the point I said its fine and trying to calm down. I left in tears because I wasn't listened to, I was basically ignored and told no we can do something else and hair grabbed repeatedly after. I said no thank you. I will never want to come back to this location if its going to always lead to me having the wrong hair cut, or ignored and laughed at.

Walked in and was seen within 15min. Must say, I've had many experiences with different hair salons and this spot just might be the spot I will start going to. Had my roots done, Leti kept the lines clean, so I didn't have to worry about blotches all over my face/forehead/ears. She did a trim and gave me layers with a face frame. She even asked if I wanted the back to be a Vshape or straight (whereas, others would just do a deep face frame, leaving VShape in the back) Only issue was I didn't get my hair color toned, which was my main concern, but because of the rush, I ended up paying $$$ for cut and root touch up excluding tip ... I never got the visit added into the app to get points or access to at least see what I paid for.

Staff was super nice and made me feel comfortable from the beginning until the time I left. Courtney took real good care of me. Will come back again

I think this location is closed or in the process of being closed.The phones haven't been working for days and it appears The salon is empty (lights off).
