Holiday Hair Salon in York, PA

Always went to holiday hair on White St. in York Pa. So much so that I have over 200 dollars in gift cards. Went to make an appointment found out all there stylist walked.out. Decided to take a chance with one of the new.people. Never again. I went out looking worse then when I went in. The girl colored.my hair anf.missed alot of spots wanted me to come back it next day to fix.it. I normally color my.oun but occasionally have it done professionally. I though we'll a new person has to do better then me. Wrong. I'm afraid to go back since there all new. Don't know what to do with my gift cards. When they lost Tessa and Martika they lost 2 excellent stylist. Wish I knew where they went. This place needs to get experienced stylist not ones just out of beauty school.

I went to this establishment. Wanting a coloring done. It was a big drastic change for me.I showed the young lady the photo, and she said she could do it. Maybe there was a miscommunication betwee Me and the hairstylist. She overprocessed my hair, which damaged my hair very badly, I had very nice fine soft hair now it's coarse and dried out. I. Called over the phone and talked to a lady she was very nice. Ask me if I went to come in? I said no that's Ok. My hair really bothered me It wasn't anything like I showed pictures i wanted to look like. I didn't look anything like the picture. So I ended up going in there another night to talk to somebody. The lady must have talked to the hairdresse, She did not acknowledge any of the concerns I had about my hair that I paid for. It was not cheap. I bought products. I leaf a tip. Just to be dismissed about how my hair was not was it was supposed to be now dried out dried, not anything want and pay for. she overprocessed it and burnt a lot of it off. I understand people make mistakes, But for no one to say anything apologize or even try to make a difference to make me feel more comfortable. Just dismissed everything. I had to say there was an excuse for everything. I was very disappointed because the lady just wanted to put more color on my hair, which my hair is already damaged, and it can't take any more. I thought she would say Hey let me give you a conditional treatment.""" Hey, let me give you some of your money back. I was not satisfied at all. I was very disappointed in the whole process the whole way I was treated.

I was so please with the services. I received from Holiday Hair. Tessa did a excellent job! For a long time, I was traveling to Baltimore to get my hair done. No More! Tessa thank you for your creativity with my color! I continue to get compliment after compliment! Absolutely beautiful!

They great work. The salon is very clean and the staff really knows what they are doing!

called ahead to get appt. with jodi she was waiting and ready for me. my cut took no time at all out with new cut less than thirty minutes. thank you jodi.
