I went to get a haircut for my son and I specifically showed the lady a picture of a haircut that I wanted for my son and I got something way different to the point where it looked a buzzcut. And she was going very fast to the point where it felt like she was just trying to get done to go home. All of this is at York,PA 17402 East York.
super inconsistent with what you ask vs what you get. I got a haircut there and asked for the back to be cut and not the top and yet the person cutting just went ahead and did it anyway. plus what's even worse is she was very disrespectful and spent less than a minute on me even though i spent the full amount of money on it. Right after my haircut she left the place, so clearly she cared more about leaving than actually doing good on someone's appearance.
Received the your appointment is in 15 minutes text. Had to wait the full 75+ minute wait time. The online check in is useless. Not going here again. Absolutely wasted an entire afternoon. Had two stylists on shift for a Saturday during back to school times.
I go here often and never know what I'm going to get but it's all good because hair grows back! Today Amy cut my hair (I think she's new there) and did a beautiful job! She listened and I could tell by her technique that she is very skilled. I love it! Thanks, Amy!
