It's an absolute waste of time to go to this nail salon. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau. These are the kind of places that make it so hard to get your nails done on a nice day off. I wanted what was practically the most basic mani/pedi ever-- white polish on my natural nails with a smoothing treatment ($55 total). The nail tech I had (wish I got her name!) did an excellent job with everything, from the massage and the actual nail polish job. I highly recommend this salon.
