ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I called Hisako salon twice in advance to make sure they understood my hair type as well as what I wanted. The girl I spoke to on the phone sounded as though she completely comprehended what I wanted. I have 2C thick curly hair. I also spoke to them about this via telephone and in person when I was there. I asked for simple curtain bangs with more layers. She completely butchered my hair. During my blow out I already knew she had no clue what she was doing with my texture of hair. Then they charged me extra for flat ironing because she couldn't blow out my hair. Absolutely terrible. $110 down the drain. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Do not get a cut from Reiko or Seiko whatever her name is. It's been several weeks and I cannot wait for the end of year to get another cut safely somewhere else. Have to wear my hair in a clip and the clip I normally use wont engage to due this lady thinning out my hair way too much. Never again.

Yusuke is the realist ever . He saw the previous mess in my hair and walked me through everything . He knew before I knew what happened to my hair. He was so kind and fun to talk to. I absolutely adored him. He basically gave me when I imagined , that no one could. I met him through someone who came into my store and had gorgeous hair. So lucky to have met him!

A friend and I were visiting and I really wanted to get a scalp massage! This Salon was able to squeeze us both in and my gosh it was great! We got consults on the state of our scalps and what we needed to do. It's not a full "spa" white-robe type of experience. It's more like a really fantastic salon offer. The scalp massage I got was absolutely AMAZING. My friends hair (pictured) was so soft and shiny! (Mine was, too.) The end of the service was this fantastic blowout!
