The ladies who do the pedicure work hard and do a good job. Unfortunately the sneaky lady who sits at the front desk adds "Up-charges" onto your bill for services that did not happen. Each time I've been here for the same pedicure it has had a different price and it always just goes up. She is a cheat! Beware.
1) I chose a neon yellow that ended up as mid- century olive green
2) I asked for a basic shellac manicure and the nail tech added on a neck and arm lotion massage without my consent. I said politely several times
" thank you I am good" and she kept going. So uncomfortable
3) the nail tech talked me into using two colors aka a party nail ( solid colors) then when I went to pay they tacked on $5 for "nail art"
4) they charged me an extra $5 for taking off my old shellac. I've never been charged for that anywhere. They should just say shellac costs $40 not $35 . The only way the service would cost $35 is if you're going in with natural unpolished nails.

Got a deluxe pedicure and it was so great!
The guy who did my pedicure was super nice and took his time so it didn't feel rushed and i could truly relax.

Every time I come here I leave satisfied and happy with my nail services. I like the atmosphere of the salon, the relaxing music, and the chemical smell like the other Nails salon. The salon staff are friendly and do a very good service.
I am traveling from out of state and this salon was recommended and I am beyond pleased with the great service I received! Donna does an amazing quality job and had a great remedy for a severely damaged nail too.
Lovely salon, very peaceful and a charming place to visit!
Easy access from downtown and west side area.
