Hidden Oasis Salon and Med Spa in Fairfax Station, VA

I did not want to come and complain bec I know how hard it is for small business owners . But I had to bec they don't feel like it's business to satisfy the customers . Asked if they do Milia extraction before booking and they said yes . They didnt do it during the facial and also didn't even offer a robe . The person had difficulty understanding the accent but can understand English . She was never asked - but they assumed she didn't want a robe or she didn't want a massage and the facial got over in 30 minutes . We came in ten minutes late and I m aware that it takes 60 minutes for a facial - but the facial lasted just 30 minutes and they had 15 minutes left and when asked , the excuse is I do body massage for the rest 15 minutes and she didn't want it . There s no description of body massage in their website listing for facial . Before even listening , they just apologize - saying oh I m sorry , oh I m sorry . They don't seem to understand that a 30 minute facial is not worth 140$ esp with the service they offer. Waste of money and time .

I'm so disappointed. I hadn't had a facial in years and decided to try Hidden Oasis because they were close to home and reasonably priced. First, I had a lot of difficulty booking the facial and couldn't get an answer on the different facials/prices they offered. When I got my appointment a week later, the facial recommended their basic facial even though I pressed her for details of other kinds. I booked the appointment anyway. When I got there, I received basically a cleanse, exfoliation, and moisturizer. I could have done this myself at home and saved the $120. I've had many great facials in the past that included a close examination of my skin, expertly applied treatments of skin-enhancing products, and a relaxing face and neck massage. This facial had none of those features. Also, this facial was supposed to last 60 minutes; the facialist did the basics for 45 minutes then left me in the room for 15 minutes letting an SPF soak in. When I checked out and the receptionist asked me how it went, I almost asked for a partial refund. I was anxious to leave, but I should have told her what a mediocre experience I had. I wish I had the money back, so I could get a proper facial somewhere else.

Hidden Oasis is definitely a hidden gem. I have been doing laser hair treatments with Katie and I am so happy. The staff is always courteous, flexible and extremely helpful. They take COVID precautions seriously and I feel completely safe and comfortable going in for my appointments. The actual treatments themselves have been super effective and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Katie is knowledgeable, friendly and ultra professional. I recommend Hidden Oasis to anyone and everyone.

I spent a lot of money for the full body fat freezing process. I was very disappointed in the lack of results. It was a waste of money for me.

Amazing experience! One of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Beautiful and clean salon with super friendly staff. I had no idea what I even wanted done to my hair, all I knew was it was overgrown and unmanageable. Lydia was so kind and knew exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
