Went in for a scalp treatment after the lady recommended me a shampoo and conditioner. Tried it about 4 times it dried my scalp really bad. Went back so she can check it, I clearly said it was the shampoo. She said it's not to keep using it. I went back thinking they were gonna refund my money because obviously it wasn't working and it was expensive.That just shows you they only care about selling. Won't ever be coming back here.
This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I had to ask the stylist to stop mid blowout because she was drying my hair out so badly. I have curly hair but for an $83 cut I would expect the stylist to know how to do a blowout without having to flat iron my entire head. The cut was fine but not worth the price, I've had much better results at walk in salons for $30-$40.
So I booked an appointment with Ashley a week ago for today, less than a week before Xmas and New Year's, and I got a call just now from the salon saying she was overbooked and cancelled my appointment. Unreal. This is how she and the salon do business apparently. Booking with a dependable stylist shouldn't be a challenge.
Heidi was the best message therapist I've ever had. She identified problem/painful areas in my body and worked patiently to resolve them. She taught me stretches I can do at home to help with muscle tightness. Her massage was a wonderful way to restore body and soul.
By far the worst service ever. The receptionist had the absolute worse attitude with me when I explained that I was EXACTLY 15 minutes late (which is the latest you can be) I drove 40 mins and left work EARLY and was told they can't take me for being 15 minutes late. I asked to speak to the manager who ALSO HAD A BAD ATTITUDE WITH ME. Keep in mind I was a brand new customer who won't be back. Good luck to this crappy store.
