Her.Mans Beauty & Barber in St. Louis, MO

I booked an appointment for my daughter after school with Glammed_Braids. Sent the stylist pictures and communicated with her through instagram. The stylist wasn't punctual at all and when it came to for the appointment we arrived 10 min early as we live right down the street from the salon. Come for appointment and someone was in the chair.So my daughter stays and waits. I leave fr a second , come back she says my daughter was acting sleepy which could certainly be true due to the fact she been at school all day and still had to wait when we came to sit for her appointment time. So now she can't get done. So we then have to return tomorrow.We agreed on 9 am. Tomorrow comes!!!Now I'm very punctual when it comes to time. We only live 10 min away from salon so we arrived 15 min early.Would you believe!! I had to contact the stylist back on Instagram again as in "call her" I have never had to call anyone on Instagram in my life. Anyway called the stylist and would you believe its time for my daughter's appointment but she's on video doing her hair telling me shes on her way. I'm already furious because time is very important and when I book someone professionalism is at an all time high. Anyway we waited for another 30 then left. Got home literally sat around for a min then contacted stylist again around 1pm she replies saying we can come now. Do remind you this is hours later. Get there and its someone in the chair she's finishing up. This is unbelievable at this point. She finally gets my daughter in the chair then says she has to alter the style so I'm like what . I sent her pictures she says she can do it now she has to alter because........ I'm not understanding anyone else who does my daughter's hair executes and if they can;t they say something before hand.  At this point we already been here there everywhere for this its ridiculous. She then has company someone whom comes in and talks to her . She's finishing up my daughter's hair then in the end didn't apologize change price anything. So I pulled her to the side and talked to her to let her know just how i felt and what could better this in a way. She just looked at me as well as her company . I don;t care I do not mind speaking my mind when it comes to my money and my child. I will never book her ever again.She should learn to value all her clients time especially new.I explained to her stylist in Atl and Ms would never. There should be a way customers are able to fee stylist for being late as well accountability is accountability.
