Hello Sugar | Silverado Ranch - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon in Las Vegas, NV

I came to get waxed for the first time at Hello Sugar in Henderson and it was an amazing experience. The esthetician that waxed me made me feel so comfortable, she made it as painless as possible, and talked to me through the whole proces. I would recommend ANYONE to come here and get their wax AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.

I had a wax here on May 9,2023. The first wax was free and I was satisfied but today they charged me $52 after a canceled appointment. I found out that the rep signed me up for a membership which she didn't explain. She told me that I would pay $7 that day and then pay for the next wax at the time of service. She then proceeded to charge my card $17 but I let it go. I contacted them for a refund today and Justine all but refused to refund my money stating the $52 is good for my next wax. I don't plan on getting another wax through them. I signed the paperwork without reading it and that is my fault but I trusted what your associate told me.

If you do decide to give them a chance make sure to read whatever they are giving you as they apparently like to bait and switch trusting that you won't read the fine print.

Its not good, when you have an issue and can not speak to a live person. Once again, they're charging my daugther's credit card. I went to get a wax and did not have my wallet. Manually they card my daughter card for the services provided. Every month they go in a charge card. Last month they refunded me and this month they charge her card again without permission. They need to get their credit card system or someone needs to get this rectified right now. Who can I call, who will answer?

Rey is amazing!!! I was so nervous when I arrived because it had been a long time since I got waxed but she was so kind and easy to talk to. The sugar wax is much better than hard wax. I signed up for membership too and will only see Rey.

First off, couldn't find it! Had no idea it was in the Salon Boutique, so I ran a couple mins late. Seantasia was great tho. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. She's quick and good at her craft! Good conversation, pleasant experience.

The place is clean, good music, well lit. I have a regular spot I go to at home but when I'm here and my date hits, I'll definitely be in!
