The Salon at Red Rock in Las Vegas, NV

Women - BEWARE! The spa seems to pride themselves in providing a safe, empowering place for women to relax with clothing optional (which majority of us enjoyed doing) in the women's only area but will also allow a grown adult MAN dressed in a bikini in there at the same time. There was a handful of us topless/naked in the jacuzzi so imagine our shock with this. When talking to the front desk staff about this situation, apparently it had been cleared by and arranged with the VP to allow this man in the women's only area. To the VP: If you went through all the extra effort to accommodate this man, the LEAST you could have done is notify the women who are there at the same time so we could have the choice to either stay, reschedule, or at the very least, leave our clothes on!! The front desk staff informed me that the other women already complained when they left so I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who felt absolutely VIOLATED at this spa!!

This is Sickening!!!!!

I gave my daughter and son-in-law a couple's massage gift and after the massage my daughter proceeded to the girl's jacuzzi only to find out that there was a man with deep voice pretending  to be a woman that was permitted by the spa's vice president according to the front desk girls to use the women's area.
The least the owner or vice president of this spa could have done is to have a courtesy to asked the many ladies in the jacuzzi who were relaxing, clothing being optional if it's okay with them to allow this man who pretends to be a woman to be there. Answer seems pretty obvious since the full jacuzzi was vacated instantly by several obviously upset women who were there.
This experience is very disappointing.
In addition they also made the 20% gratuity mandatory instead of being earned. I'm so dissatisfied and should not even given them a cent of my gratuity.
I will not use or recommend Spa at Red Rock Casino any more.

Fabulous luxury spa. Employees were exceptional and my massage was amazing with warm massage oil and a warming cabinet for my robe. Private jacuzzi and pool and sauna. Can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend this spa experience. The staff was very helpful and polite and the women's locker room has everything you need for your spa day. Warm showers, a hot and cold pool as well as refreshments! My masseuse was very respectful and provided a great service. I will definitely be back.

I had a knot the size of a tennis ball and I'm not joking and within that knot there was about 30 little crunchy horrible painful lumps of tightness and this guy worked so hard and he cared so much. Very compassionate and didn't make me feel bad about how hard I was making him work but he really kept at it .
He's really one of the strongest and skillful masseuses that I've ever come across. He's amazing and I hope they appreciate him over there because I sure do. I actually slept every night since Saturday where I couldn't do that before I saw him, for a good month, no good sleeping. If you want a great massage, ask for this guy, you will thank me. Watch & see

As the matron of honor, I had the duties of planning the bride's bachelorette spa. Planning start via email with the sparty coordinator. It honestly took a while for her reply back, but when she did, she made sure all my questions were answered. When our event came around, check in was easy and they already had our massage choice, wellness drink, and food ready. Service was really good. You get full use of the facilities, and it's all separated by men and women. So you could totally go nude if you wanna. Lockers are provided along with a lounge area where you can get ready. Comes with hair dryer, curler, qtips, combs, etc. towels are also provided.

The massage was really relaxing and really nice. Everything was so serene. Our bride and her girls had a great time enjoying all the amenities. I can't wait to come back here again because they really took care of us.

I was surprised with a spa day at Redrock. And I honestly had never been to a spa before. We walked in and we're pleasently greeted by the spa staff. They went over everything and had us sign papers. One of the front desk girls walked me around and showed me all the spa had to offer. She took me to the locker room where I was given the fluffiest robe to change into. Once I changed into the robe I proceeded to explore. I started with a dip in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature and was incredibly soothing. Then I went and sat in the eucalyptus steam room. The smell in there was absolutely amazing. After that I took a cold plunge in the cold pool... I made my way outside and sat in the private spa pool area. There were several cabanas and places to sit. The have a menu you can order food and drinks from as well. There is way to many things to list but it was an amazing experience that I plan on doing again.
