I moved from Cali to WA, and I needed to find a beautician that can cut short hair. I looked up Heidi's Salon on yelp. Gave her a call to make an appointment. Met with Heidi and she is so pleasant and nice. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I'm picky, and not anyone can cut A symmetrical hair cut. I am so pleased and happy with my hair cut. I go to her from now on for a trim . Bailey is amazing with highlights. She highlighted my hair as well. And she is pleasant too. Thank you ladies for saving my hair. LOL.
Highly dissatisfied with both of our cuts. When we went back to show the uneven cut because at least that could be fixed (unlike mine that was cut much shorter than asked, but since I wear glasses I couldn't see what was happening) and no apology and got charged $40 to fix the uneven cut.
I recently came across Heidi's place when I was browsing for stylist near me via Yelp and Google. I called to make a last minute haircut appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Bailey listened to what I wanted to do and asked throughout the entire time how I was doing and let me know the steps she was taking. After Bailey was done, she made sure I was happy with the result and asked if there was any changes that I wanted to make. Throughout the entire time I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I love the atmosphere here and will definitely be coming back again.
I has a really nice time here. The overall ambiance/decor of the salon was very charming. It smelled great and I highly enjoyed all the decorations. Bailey did really well on the hair cut I requested and didn't finish until she made sure I was happy with it. She is very nice and fun to talk to. She gave me suggestions on how to make the cut look even better with color and I'll be doing ad such as a returning happy customer!

Bailey cut and colored my hair, she REALLY listened to me and took her time at cutting, coloring and styling. Everyone at Heidi's Hair Design made me feel welcome and a part of the family.
