Never NEVER again. Choppy. Didn't follow a guide line. Actually started on the side and horizontal at that. Just sick. Oh, and she cut into and cut out my hairline on the side of my head. NEVER AGAIN.

Awesome place for hair cut at great price! Can also put name down for waitlist! Everyone that works here is so efficient at checking people in/answering phones/cutting hair.

My hair was really long. I had triple back surgeries & have failed back syndrome= epidural injections every 6 months to control the pain & be able to walk. Procedures were suspended during covid & I ended up bedridden. The caregiver I had rarely showed up & when she did, was worthless. A month later I had a horrible massive matt in my hair. After a week of trying everything to get it brushed out, I was visiting friends in graham who helped me cut it out. Needless to say, I needed professional help to save what was left. It was long in the front & really short in the back. I walked in past EVERY sign that says masks required & checked in. A man was standing there with NO MASK & never put one on. I watched as a woman cut his kids hair all unevenly PRAYING she didn't call my name next. She did. As I sat down I showed her a pic of the pixie cut I wanted so I could keep the hair in front I spent DAYS salvaging. She told me she would HAVE to cut it all really short & there was NO way she could leave the front long if SHE cut it. I tried my hardest to grasp the idea & picture it in the mirror for a minute or so, " so what do u want to do? U want me to cut it or NOT?" She said rudely. I was already traumatized by the situation I was in & didn't deserve her callous attitude so I replied " nope, I'll find a salon that actually cares & LISTENS to their customers, I got out of the chair, she took the smock off & I walked out the door as she yelled "have a nice day!" In a cynical way. I yelped other salons & ended up getting right in at Walmart. When I got there, she was so pleasant & asked me what She can do for me. I explained the situation & what happened at great clips. I was crying at this point. Telling her I am praying to keep the length in the front, it's all I have left. She hugged me & sincerely apologized for how the other lady treated me. Took her all of 10 minutes to clean it up & I felt human again. She even gave me a discount. I thanked her with a tip almost the same as the haircut price. A little empathy goes a long way. The employee at Great clips sucks . Stopped off at a friends to show them my new cut. Nothing but compliments! One was actually on his way TO great clips for a trim. When I told him what happened... he said " thanks for the heads up! I am NOT going THERE! I'm calling Walmart salon right now " I know a LOT of ppl in your neighborhood & LOVE to talk, as u can see.... Will be letting EVERYONE know how u treat ur customers, how u are selective in following covid mandates that you clearly posted all over your shop, as well as how sloppy you are with a pair of clippers after watching u fail at a fade & butcher that poor boys scalp.

Got right in then i thought there would be a wait but there really wasn't. I love the online check in thing. My daughter loves her hair! She has super thick hair so it needs thinned a lot. Thanks ladies!

I recently brought my son here to get a cut. The stylist, Megan, messed his hair up bad. Both me and my son told her that he has been growing out the top and just wanted the sides and back trimmed up. I even collected in my hand the top that was not to be cut. My son's top was grown out to where it was down to his ears. He'd been growing it out since last year. When Megan got through with him, his top hair length was about 2 inches shorter. She didn't even move any of his hair on top when she clipped his sides. She just clipped right through the ends of his top. She should have taken all his long hair on top, fastened it away from his sides then clip the sides and back. He was very distraught when we left. Never will we ever go to Great Clips again.
