I've been meaning to leave a review for quite some time... I no longer live in Great Falls but before I moved this summer, I came to Harlos for my first ever Brazilian. I started going in the winter and would see Lissandra every 6 weeks or so. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars and I'd seriously recommend Harlos-- Lissandra specifically to anyone! She always made me feel comfortable, the wax results were always PERFECT, and we would have the best convos every appointment, she honestly became a friend! I miss her and Harlos so much and I have been putting off finding a new place to get waxed (where I live now) because I had such a good first experience!

Loved everything about it! Melissa and Nicole were so friendly and accommodating to help me schedule a last-minute appointment to fix some DIY gone wrong. The space is beautiful and very spa-like, and Nicole was quick, thorough, but also really easy to talk to. So happy I found this place!
Love it! My schedule is so crazy but their business hours work perfectly with my time off. I love that the appointments can be done online so if something comes up it's easy to cancel and reschedule for a later date. I've been working with Melissa since I started sugaring. I've been waxing for years and was concerned how my skin would react to sugaring. Melissa talked to me about the pros and cons of both sugaring and waxing. She talked to me about what to look out for after the appointment and how to take care of my skin. Melissa also made me feel very comfortable and eased any concerns I had. Compared to a normal wax, I really love sugaring. I've had less bumps, less in grown hairs and less irritation. With a wax I normally can't wear a bathing suit for 2 days bc of the redness but with sugaring I could wear one with confidence a few hours later. Definitely recommend!
I absolutely love this place. Melissa and Cassie are the sweetest and most professional ladies ever! I've been waxed by others in town, but they do not compare to the quality of service you will receive here. I highly recommend either of these ladies for your wax and sugaring needs.
