I had low lights put in and requested a toffee color, and got a drab ash color. My stylist just dug in her drawer for what she had leftover and put it on my hair. I told her after the wash I hated it. she said just go home in your light you'll love it. NOT! I called the next day and was told to get a clear shampoo and it will wash out sooner, HA but I paid $85 plus a tip to get something just to wash it out?! Comeon rectify it don't brush me off....so NOW I tell everyone about my ugly hair color and where it came from. Tried to call today to talk to the salon manager, again brushed off .
The one thing I will say is they got me in last minute and "fit me in" now I wish they hadn't
