This was my salon, though no more! I had been out of town for four months and desperately needed to have my hair done. I contacted the salon to see if I could quickly get in to see my stylist (I have short hair, and she has cut my hair in 20 minutes). The receptionist said she had nothing available for another month or so. I asked if she could please check with my stylist (since she can cut my hair in 20), and she said yes (with a mega sigh!). I never heard from my stylist nor any of the receptionists. I had been going to this salon for approximately four years, one would think they would want to keep good clients. Oh well...
Always hard finding a place that you like and more importantly stylist that you trust. This is the place for both! Comfortable vibe, nice receptionist and stylist. The complementary scalp or hand massage is a treat and the stylist listen to your needs. They offer a lot more services I haven't had the time to experience but this would be the place I'd go!
The best salon I have been to in Great Falls. Phil did an incredible job on my long baby fine hair. He gave it volume without giving me an hour long hair routine. Great service, friendly staff with every service you would need. A little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for!
This place is on point. The service is excellent and friendly. The massages are always great, courteous and professional. The whole experience was very relaxing. I cant wait to go back.
