01/07/2024 My friend and I went here this morning. They told was it will be a 30 minute wait, we said sure and waited the 30, a white couple (two ladies) came in and they jumped to service them. Yes, we are black. Even the couple said no they were here first, let them go. But the workers refused and let them go before us. My friend and I left! the worker tried to say they had an appointment but mins before stated to the woman I thought yall were coming yesterday! Long story short, they didn't have an appointment! Don't go there!!!

I normally try to get in and out of these places. You know head to the ground situation. "Dude alert!" They are all speaking some other language and I am convinced someone just yelled out. "Who wants to take this big old dude, who probably doesn't tip and has skanky toes?!" Not today, I walk in and the nice lady says one moment sir. She scurried off to start preparing and filling the foot tub with warm water. Invites me back and makes sure my seat is cozy. Offers me wine or something to drink. I let her know that I am good as she helps my feet into the warm bubbly water. This isn't my first time here, but my best experience. She is super gentle, all along the way asking. "Are you okay, you need anything?", "I don't want to hurt you." I asure her she is doing great. Then the feet all have Happy Nails! She dries my feet and legs. Then commences to give each leg and foot about a 10 minute massage each! I am in heaven, thinking not even my my touches me like this and I have to give cash all the time. The happy ending to this story is this big old dude with the skanky toes did indeed tip. She was worth every penny of the 3 digit tip. Now, I am going home to dance with my wife. Happy Nails, Happy Customer!
I got a basic pedicure + callous removal and a dip set. Maily did a fantastic job on my fingers, the shape is perfect and all of my nails are an even thickness. She was so quick and had a great color suggestion. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my toes, but she did her thing as well!!! I didn't think my callouses were that bad, but amount of skin she grated off was wild. This is definitely my new nail spot!
I love my nails. Great service, no one gossips in front of you. Lily and her team are very friendly and professional. They play a movie and serve complimentary beverages including wine. I get my brows waxed here too.
