Went for a regulars mani and pedi. Thuong was very gentle and extremely detailed with ensuring I had proper service. I didn't request any fancy design, maybe next time. I felt comfortable, not rushed and left feeling happy with my nails.
I hate to leave this review but I'm very dissatisfied with my appointment today. I was cute deeply during my appointment, to the point that I was bleeding, yet I was still charged full price for my appointment. While my nail tech was empathetic, this was very unprofessional considering that I was cut and cut deeply and still charged full price!!!!
I don't get my nails done often. This was actually my second time doing a gel light thing with UV I think.
But I was running late, and they took me anyways which I really appreciated. I asked for a refill by mistake, but I plan to go back and have them remove my gel and do my real nails next time.
I chose a silver color and she suggested a better quality shimmery color. Took her time with my nails and made sure that the shape was perfect.
I'm not really accustomed to having longer or painted nails, so I've been obsessing about them. Hannah really is it.
Even my pictures are awkward but they don't do the nails Justice. I think someone said I have long nail beds so my middle finger especially--usually comes out a little thick or weird looking but I think the shape was done very nicely here.
These photos are a week after they were done.
Great job with me and my daughter. Very clean. I love the online appointment system as well.
Enjoyed getting my eyebrows done at this place, was welcomed right in and taken immediately. There is no actual room for waxing - so just be aware that you are pretty much putting on a show in the middle of the salon if you prefer being in a waxing room. I will be back to get my nails done here
