Went back today & nails were fixed feee of charge... got an acrylic overlay as opposed to the powder dip very highly satisfied!!!
I don't want to give just one star, as the nail art tech did well under the circumstances a nd I'm not upset with the nail art aside for it not being exactly what I had asked for. The price would have been great if my nails were taken care of to the extent I was expecting.
I asked, showing a photo, if I could get it done later in the day. Was advised it was fine and they would see me then. When I showed up, there was a wait, fine. Techs kid running around, fine. Music a little polarizing with rap choice, but it's not going to make or break the appointment.
The tech seemed confused and they kept staring at picture, advising they couldn't do that, but could try something similar. I advised to just get as close as possible. She then cut my nails way shorter than I would have liked, as it took a while to get them long enough for the length of manicure I wanted. The cuts were uneven and jagged, and at this point, the fumes from the acrylics was bothering my eyes (I had lashes done the previous day, and they were still sensitive). At one point her kid started playing and messing with things underneath the table, but I was already having a rough time.
As I was only able to see out of one eye and a was tearing up a lot, I didn't notice how bad it was until I was home later. However, when they switched techs to the other nail tech for art, she buffed it out a little bit. The art isn't terrible at all, but on short uneven nails it did t look as great as it should have. I nor.ally love getting my nails done as a very special treat, and now I not o ly am bummed about the e penitence, the nail shape made things catch a lot more tha. They should have, no they broke faster as well. I won't be using them ever again.
Would recommend ........... I love my nails!!!! I had to come show a pic. Definitely worth the long drive!!
