I have been going to this salon since they opened and will never leave. Erica, Krystle, and Linda are amazing at what they do! Erica styles my hair and my son's hair and never ceases to disappoint.

I had a horrible experience at this salon in early June. I explained clearly to the stylist exactly what I needed. I needed the ends of my hair trimmed as I was trying to grow out some layers. I also wanted a color touchup similar to the color I had which was very light brown. Going in as a new client, I was a bit nervous. I pointed out the color I wanted on the color samples Linda showed me and she insisted she could NOT color my hair the color I wanted. She kept asking me what was the color "number" that previous colorists used and I had no idea. I just knew what color I wanted, which I pointed out to her. She pointed out a very dark brown color and I told her I did not want my hair to be dark brown. She said it wouldn't be that dark and proceeded to color my entire head of hair with the color. Every colorist I have ever been to first touches up the roots and then half way through the process combs the color through to the ends. Linda colored my entire head all at once. When she washed the color out I immediately could tell it was too dark. When she dried my hair she did what too many stylists do today; she had my chair turned AWAY from the mirror so I could not see what my hair looked like. This immediately made me uncomfortable and after 10 minutes I asked to face the mirror. She said she didn't work that way and HANDED ME A HAND MIRROR. I thought I would pass out when I saw what I looked like. My hair was almost black and my face turned white as a sheet as I was horrified. When I went into this place, my hair was shiny and now it looked like straw; totally flat color with no depth or warmth. She could tell I was upset and told me to GO OUTSIDE WITH HER "to look at the color in the light" and she insisted it was not black. Okay, it was dark chocolate color. I resisted, but went outside because I knew she didn't want me to react in front of other clients. I explained as calmly as possible how bad this color looked on me and after a long discussion, she said she would add some highlights. The highlights she added were laughable. She added foil highlights ON TOP OF MY HEAD and IN THE BACK OF MY HAIR where no one could see it!!! I asked "Can't you frame my face?" and she proceeded to cut my hair!! When I asked what she was doing, she said she was doing a face frame. This felt like a horrible dream. When she dried my hair, I looked like a combination of a skunk and Lily Munster. After I paid $104 for the worst color job and totally destroyed hair, she said "If you can ask your other stylist what color they used, let me know and I can color it that color next time." Needless to say I was stunned that a so-called stylist cannot figure out what color to use without my telling her the "number." I was also absolutely horrified that a salon could let a customer leave their place looking so horrible. Thankfully, I called my previous stylist who was able to see me the next day and after 3 hours of stripping out that color, my hair is almost back to where it should be. If I could give this place no stars, I would. This is one place I would urge anyone to avoid.

If you are looking for a small, affordable salon with BIG talent this is the place for you. We have been going to Erica and Krystle for years and were so excited when they bought this salon together. They are awesome at what they do. I have this thick, half curly hair and always leave my appointments looking like a different person. A bonus is that they are sweethearts and really get to know you. A wash, cut, blow dry and even flat ironing will cost you less than $30.

I have been going to this salon for 2 years now, and love it. Its local and very cost effective. You can't beat $27 for a cut and blow out. Their coloring is very reasonable also.
