Crystal my stylist is abosolutely fabulous! I walked in looking like a 70 year old ""Frimpatella" and when I walked out looked like a 40 year old "Fabulosa."
I came in Saturday for a balayage, the stylist was very nice and friendly. I was not happy with the way the hair turned out. I knew that I wasn't going to leave with exactly what I wanted but I thought a start would still look nice. My hair turned out at least 5 different shades. The stylist noticed and tried to give me different options but at the end opted to putting a purple toner that now made my hair white (on the overly bleached parts), purple and burgundy on the less processed parts. Jane the owner, tried to justify and rush me out the door insisting that the hair looked fine and that "after I washed the purple off my hair it at least wouldn't be orange anymore" . I had never had an experience where you allow your client to walk out with hair you wouldn't wear yourself. And making them pay full price without even offering to come back to get it fixed, I was offered a second appointment to pay again full price and allow this stylist to further damage my hair. If you are looking to go blonde with originally dark hair please don't go here or research the stylist thoroughly before you book an appointment.
Crystal did my haircut today and she did Awesome!!! She took one look at the photo and asked me questions as to what I wanted in that hairstyle, made some good suggestions and end up getting the result that I want :) Definitely will make her as my permanent hairdresser, Actually scheduled a smoothing hair treatment with her! Thank you Crystal :)
Highly recommend this salon if you're new to the area (as I am). Crystal toned my brunette hair and was very attentive in listening/understanding what I wanted to achieve. A nice atmosphere as well, good vibes all around!
