The small man was mad because my nails were long and talked about me because I tipped him 5.00 .they are NOT professional at all! They constantly said things about me in their language! They all laughed several times about my nails. I'll go back to newport news!
I had my nails done here a few weeks ago and I loved my experience here. I forgot my nail tech's name but what I can say about her is that she DELIVERED!! She listened and she gave me exactly what I envisioned. I cannot wait to go back. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Even though I am from out of town, I decided on a full set here and I'm really glad I did. I called in the morning to make an appointment, they were booked through the afternoon. Each of the staff members was really friendly and engaging, and what I really appreciated was that they were turning away walkins because they had appointments coming up. So many times in the past, at other salons, I've been pushed way past an appointment time because they've opted to take a walk in right ahead of me. It speaks volumes to me that they respect their customers time. Plus, I love my nails! Oh, and the prices were very reasonable.
This was my worst experience getting a mani/pedi and I have to been to many nail salons all over the country. They did not complete my services as they should have. I paid respectfully and even left a tip. I had to get out of there quick before I lost it on these lazy unprofessionals. I even had an appointment which makes it even worse. The sad part is the owner seemed to be really nice but her employees ruined the experience of k nails for a new customer.
