I had asked for long curtain bangs, and the stylist cut them so short that they could almost pass for regular bangs. When she asked how I liked it obviously you can't uncut hair what she should've done is asked how long by showing me that she was going to cut it but instead she just went right into cutting it... the color looks fine however, my haircut looks like I now have a mullet

This salon is conveniently located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking-the lot is never full, and I have never had trouble finding a place to park. I come here because of Kyndra, who has done my whole family's hair since we moved here eleven or so years ago. I have been long, short, REALLY short, undercut, grown back, brown, beach blonde to platinum blonde, bangs, no bangs, blue, purple, pink, you name it, I've tried it, under Kyndra's skillful hands. (Even my teenage daughter likes my hair, and we all know what a milestone that is-she's seventeen, and she usually doesn't think ANYTHING I do is cool.) My daughter has been bobbed, fringed, straightened, curled, and rescued from a mishap with boxed dye, and my husband says none of the barbers on the base can cut his hair just the way he likes it like Kyndra can! The receptionists and other stylists are friendly, the salon is clean and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. If you want, they will send little reminder texts to confirm your appointments, which I appreciate, as I would forget my own head if it weren't attached, and from what I've observed, the stylists are very flexible about squeezing people in for emergencies. Please do give this place a try-I can personally vouch for Kyndra's expertise, but everyone else here is outstanding as well-you will leave happy and lovelier!

I came here because one of their stylists had been doing hair for over 30 years. I knew her and heard she was good. She destroyed my hair taking it through 6 processes. Stripping the color twice, and bleaching it. And of course three colors For what I wanted, she should have bleached my whole head. She also did not do what I asked. When you ask for a blowout, it's done with a blow-dryer and round brush. I ask on three separate occasions and she still took 400 and some degrees to my hair with a flat iron. My hair was already a fried mess from what she did to it. I should have never went back. But then I saw Amy and how she cut and styled someone's hair. I was amazed. She cut my hair and styled it to perfection. There was only one cut I didn't like but I also went two inches shorter. But she fixed the part I didn't like. I had been coloring my own hair for about 7 months and decided to go back and get her to do my roots because I was going to far into my hair causing it to turn dark brown. So we chose a color. Unfortunately it was too dark. I honestly should have gone all dark brown which I plan on doing. I will never put bleach in my hair again. It's the only way to have it look healthy again. I did complain twice. And walked out unhappy twice so I should have never called a third time. But I never thought she would drop me as a client. Especially after apologising. I do understand but I really think she should have told me then instead of waiting for my roots to grow back out. She knew I was going to call and make another appt. That's the only thing I really think was wrong. But honestly, Amy is a great person, and she can do hair. She's like an artist when it comes to styling it . She knows what she's doing, that's for sure. My hair was just a mess from the start, and they are not magicians. I'm not going to sit here, dog her and say I don't recommend her shop. I will say this, if you do want some kind of special or difficult color....go to her! She will be honest, and won't tear your head up. She is up to date on everything.
