Late review but still worth posting. I went to a salon off post for a trim. I asked for the stylist to cut off my split ends no matter how short she had to go. She was too afraid of losing length therefore not getting what I asked for. 2 days later I found my back on post and the stylist did a great job. I was so happy to find someone who knows how to work with natural hair. I will definitely be coming back.
I am trying to be fair with my review here. I go to the px beauty salon to get my eyebrows waxed and hair trimmed regularly. Mainly, i like that i have always been able to call and get an appt the same day. I feel like at hair salons it is important to find a hair stylist you like. So i really recommend mckayla, i think that's how you spell it. She's always friendly, and also she can wax eyebrows without causing me to break out. So this hair salon is convenient for me, and i have never had to wait for very long. btw they are closed on Mondays.
The service was horrible. My stylist knew nothing about hair. I went for a color rinse, deep condition, cut and style. The lady had to google whether she could dye my hair or not. I paid $30 for a deep condition and "STYLE". Mind you, ive gotten my hair straighter and she got halfway thru my hair before i asked to see the flat iron so I could do it myself. Ill never go back again.
