HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed. I spent almost 260 dollars in color and cut alone not even due to length or difficulty. I was quoted 3 different prices and none even come close to the prices listed in the services on site. I checked with other salons and I was definitely overcharged. You can tell the ladies here wing it and are not quite certain what they are doing in their craft. I walked away with the same hair color and I ended up styling my own hair that's how fed up I was in the end. Please take your hard earned cash else where. I wanted to love this place so much due to some of the reviews thus far but just NO.
Jordanne at the Venue Hair Studio fixed the worst balayage I have ever received and it even turned out exactly like the picture I showed her of what I wanted. I had gone to the Realm Hair Salon in Sierra Vista and wasted my money on an awful balayage the day before coming here, as you can see in the picture below. The next day I went here and Jordanne fixed the mess of a "balayage" the Realm stylist had done. These are very good and nice people who work here, they actually know what they are doing and they do it right.
