This place is the worst place I've ever been to. I've been going to nail salons for over 30 years and never once had an experience like this place! They are extremely rude, they make you wait and do not allow you to turn the massage chairs on! I asked several times to turn my chair on and the owner told me it would be an extra $10! I mean really??? The massage chair is part of the experience. I will never come back to this place nor would I ever refer someone here. You're better off painting your own nails! Terrible terrible place!!! Don't waste your money!
Worst experience ever! I was going in to get my acrylics taken off and my fingers are more damaged than when I walked in. The two workers were trying to peel and scratch all of my acrylics off and I asked why they're not soaking my nails before they do that and they told me it would be 35 minutes if I wanted them soaked. The peeling of my nails was extremely painful and when I asked if this is their method for everyone for taking off nails they said pain is normal and if I'm not happy to go somewhere else. So I left with all of my nails half on, all sorts of messed up. I could've chipped them off at home myself if I wanted to! The whole point of going into a salon is because it's SUPPOSE to be less painful and all cleaned up. Never going back.
Would not recommend. Cluttered, in desperate need of cleaning. They had a child (probably under 14) take off my existing polish. Pedicure was $22. Took about 20 minutes and that was because he was working on 2 of us at 1 time.
Absolutely love this place! I've been coming here 15 years and they still have amazing prices and give the best pedicures and full set in town! The dad gives the best pedicures ever. Literally, plan on spending an hour with him because he rubs your legs for about 30 minutes alone.
