Tam or his wife are my regular techs. Couldn't ask for better in SV. Looking forward to a visit now that my knee has been replaced. Entire staff have been so caring. They have a full range of pedicures to choose from. Basic all the way from there. I don't do nails anymore. Can't saw enough great things about is saloon. Always clean.
I love this place. For reference, I am a cosmetologist and business owner. I have been going to see Anh here for about eight years, I believe. She is always kind, professional, incredibly talented and her establishment has a friendliness to it I love. She is about as ocd as myself in wanting to produce the desired result. Over the years, I've gotten more expressive with my nail color and shape. She literally nails it, ( sorry the for pun,) every time. Her staff has always been respectful and professional. Please don't retire, I'll have to stalk you
Made an appointment and Tran did my nails very well! I have long nails and add acrylic as an overlay on top of my natural nail. I did also get one tip as my pinky was broken off. My nails were a total mess when I arrived for my appointment. He added acrylic to my entire nail and shaped them perfectly. He did ask me first how I like my nails as far as shape and length and did as requested. Tran is a bit of a perfectionist which I love as I am too! The price is reasonable but higher than I've been paying, which is okay as he did an excellent job! Now time will tell how well they last. I will return to add an additional review. However, a bet they last well over 3 weeks, which is when I will return for a fill. So, ladies I do highly recommend Tran!
They do not honor appointment times. I gave them two tries, once on a Saturday afternoon. The other time was the first appointment on a Tuesday. They took another nail client ahead of me even though she arrived after me. :(
the owner is great, but i have continually been disrespected by other staff. i was insulted because i told the man working on my nails that he was hurting me. the other staff was even laughing at me. overall, i wish i could justify coming here again, but i was just treated terribly. ann is a very nice lady, so if you can, request her.
