I realized at home that my haircut was uneven at the back, my left side is longer than the right side. I did not get a chance to see the back of my head while there, as I was not given a mirror.I am very disappointed. To get it fixed I have to make another appointment and apparently they don t have availability within the next 5 days!
I love Ladina! The trick to the Hair Cuttery is schedule online - easy peasy and so worth it. I know they take walk ins - but since COVID nothing happens as quickly as it used to. I scheduled on line - I am so happy I did - great color, cut and style and a super bonus - fun to talk too! I got to choose my stylist and was so glad I did!
We walked in 1 hour prior to closing with a walk in welcome sign in the door. We weren't welcome and they would not cut my sons hair knowing he has school pictures the next day, with me paying them extra and basically begging! They had an hour before closing and refused to cut his hair. I will never go back to that hair cuttery again. Jerks! It would of took 5 mins to trim his hair up and we probably would of been clients for a long time since we had just moved to the area and we're looking for a new haircut place.
