I walked in and the salon / boutique looked fantastic, so fun, and quaint! Areceli is very professional, kind, and caring. I walked in with grey hair, she gave me a makeover, and I love the results. I trusted her and gave her free reign to do what she thought was the best color & style for my face. She gave me chocolate low lights, a nice healthy trim, and styling tips. I am very pleased with my hair color and cut. It looks and feels so much healthier, youthful, and manageable. All the products she used were top shelf and I even took some home. I will definitely come back and refer my friends. *She was able to fit me in with my hectic SJ job schedule. *She used quality products, and quality of service was phenomenal. * Sexy vibe with plenty of eye candy decor, glamour, and items for sale. They do not know how to cut thick long hair! Not only could they thin my hair out and layer it, they couldn't even handle an a-line haircut.

Since I've been having lots of grey coming out, I'd thought I'd go into the salt n pepper look. I've waited so long to do this, we'll big mistake. I walked into Hair Creations salon in Hollister, the owner Araceli looked at my hair and said no problem she could do it. Had I'd known the kind of work she does I would of never gone to her. Omg talk about ruined hair, I came out with purple/blue hair instead of salt n pepper. I was so embarrassed knowing that I had a wedding to attend. I went back and told Araceli to fix it. I specifically told her I wanted her to color my hair brown, I told her 3 times that I wanted it brown, she said yes it will come out brown. Gheez to look at my hair it was jet black. I was like what the.... is this. Not only did she mess up the color but also fried my hair. She blamed it on me having washed it, I was are you kidding me. Was I not supposed to wash it. To top it off here I thought she really knew what she was doing and here I sent my daughter there as well where she also ruined my daughters hair. I was so upset with this lady, I couldn't even take pictures at my grandsons wedding because of how bad my hair looked. I sent her pictures of her work. After I washed it there were multiple colors that came out, brown, blonde, black you name it. I went into her salon to show her, and she had the nerve to say what happened. I was like you tell me your the one that did my hair. I told her to refund us our money back since now we have to purchase products to try and get our hair back to being healthy again. Please if your smart don't go to this salon cause this lady knows nothing about hair. I have no idea of how she managed to get her license. I give her 1 star for the way her salon looks but that's it, the 3 times I went in, there were no clients. What does that tell you.

Araceli Is fantastic. I am very pleased with the way my hairstyle came out. Her shop is clean and well organized. I found Araceli to be very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return and continue my service here. I would recommend this to anyone.
